Community rules
Signal is small on purpose. These are the few rules that keep it small and safe. The full community rules are in the linked legal document.
Expected behaviour
Use Signal the way it is meant to be used. Be brief. Be voluntary. Be off-platform when you want to talk: the radar is a meeting invitation, not a conversation.
Unacceptable behaviour
Do not use Signal to harass, stalk, surveil, impersonate, or pressure anyone. Do not target a specific person. Do not post the same intent over and over. Do not use Signal as an advertising surface.
